OUR CAPITAL PARTNERS & FOCUS

We are backed by family office and entrepreneurial capital, representing companies that have operated from $10m to $500m of enterprise value. We are focused on lower and middle market private equity and succession-driven deals. Typically, we look for companies with $10m - $100m of revenue, a highly repeatable service or product offering and strong profit margins.

For over a decade, we’ve worked across the lower and middle market in both the United States and Canada. We are industry agnostic but gravitate toward companies that impact how the world is energized, how people are fueled and how everyday needs are met - whether that be energy, waste removal, education & training, health or safety.

In recent years, we’ve led investments in products and service companies in sectors across power, environmental, waste, consumer and business services.
